Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
Appalachian Community Relief is a grassroots organization dedicated to supporting the recovery and resilience of communities in the Appalachian region, particularly in the aftermath of natural disasters like Hurricane Helene. Founded by local volunteers in Black Mountain, North Carolina, we continue to provide needed food, water, and household supplies to thousands in our community weekly. Join us in our mission providing the material needs for folks in our community to recover and thrive after crisis.
Together We Can Rebuild Our Community

Tax Status and Financial Update
We are in the process of applying for our non-profit 501(c)(3) status. The application approval process can take months. Because of this, we have partnered with Shelter Global Inc., a non-profit that has agreed to be our Fiscal Sponsor until we receive approval of our application. If you'd like to make a tax deductible donation, use the widget below and put "ACR" or "Appalachian Community Relief" in the notes.
